Huge pores? Bye!

I have a history of cystic acne thanks to my PCOS, and while the actual acne may be gone I was left with some huge pores as a result.

I had been told by some people that micro-needling (dermapen) was an excellent option to help treat this however I always remained skeptical.
After getting engaged I finally bit the bullet and decided that it was time to address my pores and I booked my first appointment.
I was numbed 30mins before the treatment so I can't speak of any pain associated with the treatment, however I did end up very sunburned looking post-treatment.
This is when the magic started to happen, as the redness and flakeyness when away, my skin began to appear more and more poreless and my makeup applies like a dream! I have had microdermabrasion treatments in the past but nothing has ever made my skin look and feel this amazing.
I initially was only going to do one treatment but now I'm thinking of going back for another just to see how much better my results will be. The downtime was only really 4 days of redness and some tightness of day one but it's 100% worth it.
