Microneedling HS scars and hyperpigmentation

I had a good few weeks detoxing and juicing and water fasting. I find that my major triggers are meat. Alcohol bread. I have the worst boil on my right thigh. It is like a monster boil, combined of three separate boils. I am in so much pain you have no idea when I try to grab it. It is the size of a softball.
