At home microneedling - Within 4 months 90% of my acne scars are gone

ORIGINAL POST

At - Home Microneedling. Best Decision I Have Made.

WORTH IT
I have struggled with since childhood, I tried Retin A, tons of cleansers, keto diet etc. At some point it got resolved by it self but kept deep acne scars on my face. I went to few professional session in a period of 6 months (Once a month, total six), with no results.
I did some homework and decided to give it a try myself. I know my face better than any other doctor and just did it on my own. Within 4 months 90% of the acne scars are gone. I am super thrilled. It is super easy to get it done (I did 0.75mm every 3-4 weeks), and saved thousands of $.
Now I moved to once every 5-6 weeks, I also had few fine lines on my forehead which were gone to since I did few session in this area as well.
To anyone who's considering getting Microneedling session, do not be afraid to it yourself, as long as you are not doing above 1mm and do not go under eye it's 100% safe and simple.

Wow, your results are amazing! Do you use any products along with the microneedling tool?

Thank you! I did use at the beginning HA serum (For the first month). I am not sure if it helped though since I didn't see any positive results, then I did coupe of more session in a period of 3 months and then my acne scars almost disappear. One more thing to mention is that I am using Titanium needles pen instead of Stainless steel, it's less painful and I feel that it's penetrating much better and evenly. I will give an update in 3 months and I believe by then my acne scars will be gone completely.
Looks amazing! What products did you use to achieve these results??
I hope you get better. Please update us when you have time
Your results are amazing! How did you clean it? Really interesting that you started off doing once every 3-4 weeks, because I've read to do it weekly or even few times/week. Thanks for sharing! Perhaps it's better to wait longer in between sessions!!
Weekly sessions would be super intense for your skin (Unless it's like 0.25mm). Every 4 weeks with 1mm (0.5mm forehead, 0.25mm nose, I do not go under eyes). However any other place 1mm per month is fine and within two session you would start to see results. I do clean my skin with Cetaphil cleanser and let it dry (No towel). For the Derma Pen I am using brand new needle every time. I am using Titanium material pen\needles and I noticed that results are way better compared to other pens I bought at the past.
