Dishonest

She was the first dermatologist I saw for my acne scars in 2019. She claimed I could get 90% improvement in pitted acne scars with microneedling with PRP and sold me a package of 3 sessions. She never took photos of my scarring before and after. And never followed up after our last session together. I had zero improvement. I even wonder if it made things worse. Most importantly she made me delay treating my scarring with more effective treatments because this is all she offered. She didn't offer subcision, peels, or energy devices and she never told me I should see an acne scar specialist. She instead added insult to injury and upsold me on these vitamin serums claiming they would enhance the results when I now know there are no studies to show that.

And the photos on her website were not her own (Go ahead and reverse image search them; you'll see they come from the manufacturer of the microneedling device or other places).

Altogether she is completely dishonest and has made my journey more challenging than it would've been without her.
