Bumpy Skin After One Micro-needling Treatment

I had micro-needling in Dec 2022. After the redness was gone, I found bumps all over my face. After about two months when the bumps were not going away, I went back to the place where I received the treatment. The provider told me to take Zyrtec allergy pills for four weeks, which I followed, and I applied Hydrocortisone Ointment USP 2.5% in addition. However, until today, two and a half months later, and after allergy pills and hydrocortisone application, the bumps do not subside even a bit. I wonder if will they ever go away.
