DON'T GO!!!!!
I bought a package of 4 prp micro needling.
After the first prp micro needling, I immediately had big bruising under my eyes. When I asked the provider, I was told it's just surface blood and will be gone once I wash my face. Additionally, she took my photos before the needling procedure but did not take any photos afterward to show the bruising. When I went back with the complaint of bruising, the front office accepted that it was the provider's mistake of going in too deep, but the Orange Twist Sugar Land manager did not take any responsibility and won't let me cancel the rest of my treatments and return my money back. The worst part there is no way to contact their head office to raise the issue, and they simply just blame my "sensitive skin" and say they didn't do anything wrong. They also gave me contradicting instructions on two different days regarding aftercare and management of the bruising.
They do not take ANY accountability, and you do NOT want these people sticking needles into your face!!!
