10 months since Microneedling update. I also purchased the PMD Micro dermabrasion device that you can use at home.

I only had one session of micro-needling.
A little bit after my procedure, I would say 3 months after, I purchased the PMD Micro dermabrasion device ( cost was $125 ) that I got on discount as a first time buyer ( go on YouTube and watch reviews) I really like this device because you can use it once a week and isn’t as harsh as the micro-roller which I also have. I use organic jojoba oil after every use of the PMD and I have also been using a cream from India that I totally love called Vicco w/ turmeric twice a day. I think the pictures speak for themselves ????

It looks like the depth and expanse of the scar has gone down quite a bit, when I compare these pics to the earliest pics, the second one in particular. I'd pay $78 for that. I got microneedling done 2 weeks ago and it was $350. Stuff is more expensive in my area, I think. ....Thank you for posting pics of the first microneedling session with before and after pics. Most people seem to be posting what it looks like after the second session and beyond, but I am interested to see what improvement I can expect from one session. Thank again.

it looks like your scars improved a lot! Did you get the micro needling done from an aesthetician? I am thinking of getting micro needling done by an aesthetician for my acne scars, but I wasn't sure if I would see good results since i wouldn't be going to a dermatologist.
