Pre-touchup healed pic

Forgot to post fully healed brow update.

Touch up!

I'm loving people having my brows done has changed my look and how natural it is. My imbalanced brows have been evened out but there is translucency where my hair is lacking. I've been excited to go back for a touchup, which was two days ago on Thursday the 14th. My lady was running pretty late because of a lye client earlier in the day and I told her I was willing to keep coming back as much as needed to get it right. When she got to me she asked if I was unhappy, what I noted needed attention about the brows and actually performed a full brow again instead of a shorter touchup. I'm super appreciative she took the time to listen to my concerns and provide feedback. At several points she asked me to look at the mirror and give feedback. I'm hoping that this season really takes and I don't need another touchup.

One thing she did say is that the ointment was only needed 3 times a day, and I did more than that before so it could have affected it.

I'm currently starting to have some skin starting to scale and lift on the bottom edges of the brow and they are super itchy!

Healed update

I had a lot of pigment fallout and also an area on the corner of the right brow where the lines seem to have blurred a bit. I'm not happy with how they look now but I also don't hate them. The tail on the left almost disappeared and it looks pretty patchy on both brows but the right one more so. I was diligent in my aftercare by always keeping ointment on them, avoiding sweating, not scratching, etc. It seems like most of the fallout was where there wasn't much hair on my lowered/bad brow. My skin is normally very oily but I take spiro and it reduces oils but that could have also had an impact on my results.

From a distance I like how they look so I think the shape is great, I just need to get to my touch up! I have had a few people notice and comment but feedback has been good. I've been told the shape looks natural but maybe it could be a touch darker. The color has already deepened in the last few weeks and I'm curious what they will look like after 6-8 weeks. My touch up is scheduled at 9 weeks out but I'm going to get an earlier appointment.
