My Microblading healing process—trying to not freak out

Six weeks after touchup
WORTH IT$500
Long overdue update!
Four weeks after my first microblading session, the strokes didn't take very well on my left...I also didn't like how the color looked a little sparse. So, at the touchup, we decided to do microshading. She chose a lighter color at the beginnings, and darker towards the end.
The microshading procedure hurt a little less than the blading for me, might be because I didn't dilly dally and the numbing cream lose its effectiveness :)
I definitely didn't freak out as much as the first time around. I understood how dark and bold they start off and how it fades away.
The flaking process took longer for this compared to the microblading session. This time, I didn't start peeling until around after 9 days or so, and didnt completely finish until day 15. It also flaked off in very large pieces.
Now that its healed, I can say its definitely worth it! I love waking up and my brows looking defined, as if there's some makeup. In the future I'd like the color to be darker, especially at the ends. But until then, I'm quite happy with it! Its been a rollercoaster.

My brows have definitely lightened, and the scabs have not entirely fallen off. I thought that the scabs would have all flaked off by now, at least based on what I've read online. But, for the areas where the scabs have fallen off, it looks really light. Sometimes I barely see the stroke. Supposedly the color can come back during the next couple weeks of healing though.
The patchiness will probably get worse as more scabs fall off.

I’d like to see your final result :)
What was your final result? I had my eyebrows ombré shaded. On Day 12 and it’s actually red where the scab has fallen off. Flush pink and no pigment to be seen. Hoping the color comes back in a few weeks

Four Full Days After the Procedure
I think the color is lightening a little, so that is a good sign. It looks like it is lighter in the middle-part of the brow. The front parts still seems dark to me. There is some scabbing on the tail ends but not really noticable..

They actually did a very good job. I think you will be happy when your brows are fully healed. Congrats on getting the procedure done and doing your research. It is so worth it!
Thank you! Still waiting for the scabs to fall off...but definitely getting more and more used to the shape. So happy to hear it's worth it!
