Dr. Ransom took a nose with a bit more character than my face could handle, left the character in tact, and helped it fit my face as it should. This was obviously a pretty nerve-racking procedure and I wish I could go back and tell myself NOT TO WORRY, and that he would do a better job I could've even pictured for myself. As a bonus, I did not bruise anywhere at all. He is a master of subtlety and will marry your vision with his expertise & thoughtfulness for the best result possible. You are in extremely talented hands with Dr. Ransom who is also supported by a wonderful team of pre-and post-op staff. I had such a positive experience, am so proud of his work (that I love telling everyone about it - hah), and so glad I went through with it.
