Hello all! Happy to say that I'm doing great. Is been a while since I last wrote, been kinda crazy last few months. I'm currently weighing 194 pounds my starting weight was 264. I've lost a total of 70 lbs.

Keep up the good work never give up. I might be a slow looser, but is my pace and I'm happy with it.
Slow losing is still losing. Remember, people tend to lose slower with the vsg. Your able to eat more variety and more food in general. I think the reason why I lost so much is because I can't drink milk, ice cream or any kind of liquid sugar
