Scheduled and paid for a mini tummy tuck, breast left with fat transfer and lipo to upper back. I am nervous but not too bad. Ready to have this over and have a quick recovery to go in with my active life. I haven't come across this deduction lightly as I am very much into natural medicine and exercise but I have always had a thick middle section and want I gone!

Day of treatment
Treatment day!

I had surgery today at 7 am. Doctor says it took 3 hours, and the worst part of surgery was the IV placement. After that I don't remember a thing. I think I got home by 1 pm and had some soup and my pain meds. What a relief. Just had my second dose of pain meds and as long as I'm sitting in recliner I'm fairly comfortable. So far pain has been manageable and I even got up to make myself a smoothie. I am trying to walk every couple of hours and stay top of pain. Husband has been great and now my mom is here to help out and helping me a lot. So far so good. Nurses and DR at DR Bilinski' s office were great and helped me stay calm and relaxed. Ester is very sweet and caring and DR bilinski is very knowledgable. So far a great experience. Pictures to follow!

Day 4 finally feeling human again!
Momtime7April 14, 2015
Mini update in each day:
Day 1: pain but slight euphoria due to the surgery being over with and I guess making it through. Painful and very uncomfortable night. My husband had to get up with me and help me out of bed every time I had to go. Painful urination from the foley, couldn't take a deep breathe, couldn't get comfortable in bed ect. I was so glad when morning finally arrived.
Day2: I am better but still uncomfortable, took a shower which made me feel better but wore me out, at one point my husband was helping me get my binder back on and accidentally pulled on the drain tube, I thought I was going to pass out. It took me a good ten minutes to recuperate from it. Still couldn't dress myself or get out of bed alone. Pain better but had a very uncomfortable night. I spent most of the day sleeping and laying in bed dozing off.
Day 3: I would say this was my turning day. Began feeling a lot better. Showered by myself but needed help getting my binder on. I told my husband and my kids to go to a baseball game, which they did. And told my mom I didn't need any help. I spent the entire day on my own until 11 pm ( they must have really wanted to get out!). ; ) In the end it was fine and I caught up on all my shows I never get to watch. Had another fairly uncomfortable night, just not able to get comfortable in my back. I figured out a way to sleep finally on my back with a pillow wedged into one side so I was semi on my side with no pressure on my breasts and a pillow to the side of me where I could lay my head on. I was glad again when the night was over.
4th day: hallelujah!! I feel soo much better!! Got up, showered myself, changed my drain dressed myself including my binder, put in make up and my husband drove me to doctors office. Results are great but lots of swelling and brushing. Have to keep drain for now but healing as expected. DR. Bilinski was pleased with the results. I think my breasts look amazing, can believe it's only fat and not implants. I went to the grocery store with husband and put away all groceries, no lifting of bags though. I helped with putting some laundry away and then needed an hour nap. Got up, helped with dinner and I'm down for the count again. Taking deep breathes now, able to dress myself, no narcotic pain meds since second day only Tylenol extra strength. I am going to drive the kids back and forth to school and get some work done on the computer tommorrow. I have goals! ????
