The doctor does amazing work! He is not going to spend hours with you during consultation... he is the point and at the end all that matters is the results. After having 2 kids I was very unhappy with my pouch... I went to see several doctors in Miami and I wasn’t convinced on the tummy tuck suggestions the other doctors advised me... Dr. Mendietta suggested lipo with jplasma and so far everything is looking great!

Still swollen but I’m getting there yay....I still wear my garment during the day to help minimize the swelling... I had 12 massages so far.... I may go for a couple of more....I’m already doing some exercises at the gym since I don’t want to overdo it.....

Yes.... fat grafting to the hips only. You need help the first week for sure as it’s very painful and you need help with getting up the first 2 days as it was very sore.... then help with cooking, someone to bring you water, etc... I was driving 5 days later but it was painful getting in and out of the car for sure.

I’m a couple of days away from my 3 month mark and it’s just getting better and better... I still feel sensitive in the stomach area and still a little swollen at the end of the day.... but very happy with the results

You look amazing! My surgery is on Monday and I’m just a little nervous. Any pointers to help stay calm? Did Dr. Mendieta put you at ease?

Take the sleeping medication they give you the day before for sure lol and they’ll give medication there too for the nerves.... for me it happened so quickly that I didn’t even have time to get nervous
