I feel that my belly is getting more wrinkled... I’m standing straight in this picture, but I don’t know if the jplasma is wearing off... I still like my results, but the wrinkles are starting to bother me and I don’t want a tummy tuck... I’m still in my early 30’s in case I have another kiddo

Here are my final results... don’t get me wrong I’m standing straight, so I still have some loose skin but I’m happy I decided to choose this over a tummy tuck. I’m very active and I try my best to eat healthy, so I can maintain the result for a long time

Yes, you look great! I also do not want a tummy tuck and am in between cool sculpting and lipo transfer.

Cool sculpting can be tricky. If I didn’t go to my consult with Dr.Mendieta, I wouldn’t have known I had a hernia. Very small one, but I have one. The cool sculpting technician truly needs to know the anatomy of the body. If the cool sculpting machine sucks in an area that has a hernia, it’s detrimental. Dr.Mendieta knew how to work around my hernia and still give me the body of my dreams! I recommend him. Definitely continue to do research and choose the best Doctor for whichever procedure you move forward. Should the procedure you choose be something that requires general anesthesia, look for a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon. Research, research, research...not just YouTube videos and Instagram, but read news articles about your prospective Physician, etc. good luck love!!!

I’m a couple of days away from my 3 month mark and it’s just getting better and better... I still feel sensitive in the stomach area and still a little swollen at the end of the day.... but very happy with the results

You look amazing! My surgery is on Monday and I’m just a little nervous. Any pointers to help stay calm? Did Dr. Mendieta put you at ease?

Take the sleeping medication they give you the day before for sure lol and they’ll give medication there too for the nerves.... for me it happened so quickly that I didn’t even have time to get nervous

You look amazing !! How many massages did you get in total ? My doctor suggested only 10 for me
