Lipo with fisher

So I’m a little over the 6 week mark and still have to wear my garment all the time due to swelling I can’t even go a few hours without. The swelling has went down a good amount. I feel great no pain just itching so I keep my Benadryl on hand to help with that. I haven’t got any massages in the pass 2 weeks I bought a hand held massage and I use that a least once daily. I’m still wearing my foams and an board at night helps so much with swelling that occurred during the day. I also wear my waist trainer as well for at least 12 hours daily. I have been thinking about a round 2 because my stomach is still not flat but I have I wait 3 months. I definitely see a difference but I guess I wasn’t realistic about the results I wold have.

So I’m feeling so much better still not crazy about my results but everyday it’s getting a little better. I went on Tuesday back to Miami to get my drain removed and also got a massage while I was there. Everything went good. They told me no massages for a week then I can start getting them. I don’t know why but I have a lot of swelling I have been wearing my garment 23 hours a day but notice I still am not as flat as I should be. It’s so depressing and disappointing when your results are not what you expected. Can any of you lady’s give me any tips to help with the swelling TIA.
