4 weeks post op, great results
Still have some swelling in my lower back and lower abdomen but the doctor reassured me this is to be expected and may not see full results for several months (which I knew going in) but with that said, my results are dramatic! Even with the "swelling" I already look so different! I already look better in clothes, my shape is completely transformed! I am 4 weeks post op today!

32 yrs old, mother of two, one natural one c section. fairly average body composition, eat well but not perfect, exercise when I can. 151lbs 5,6.75". Slender arms and legs and upper torso, problem area of love handles and muffin top fat above the buttocks, not very much loose skin as I made small pregnant bellies. Just mostly under the navel some lumpy fatty loose skin. I chose an extended mini tuck versus a full for a few reasons 1) never liked the appearance of the new navel or the scars around it. 2) don't have the recovery time needed for a full 3) honesty don't think I need it as the skin above my navel is not loose at all. Yes I have stretch marks that reach the sides of my navel but I can live with those. They're my badge of honor, proof that I had babies, I just wanted the fat out and the lower part where the c section was to be smooth and not lumpy.I visited Dr. Darryl Blinski for a consul mid January. I'd been thinking about this for years and really contemplating it for months. I researched doctors and chose to see Blinski first. I originally came in for an opinion and estimate for mini tuck with lipo to the torso (flanks, muffin top, abdomen). In the consult the doctor asked to see my breasts as I mentioned I had a BA done in 2002, saline unders, 325ccs. Since then I breast fed two babies and I knew I had to replace them eventually but I thought I'd do that later since they still looked okay and what mainly bothered me at the time was my waste line and lower abdomen. He convinced me to replace them, it makes sense to go under anesthesia once instead of twice. He suggested a lift but I wasn't convinced, I had minor sagging on the left side but I knew it was because I had outgrown my implants, not because I had significant ptosis. I'm probably a borderline to grade 1. My nipple is still a good centimeter above the crease. But my left implant was slightly over filled and placed somewhat higher than my right because I remember telling my first PS that I had a droopier left breast and wanted upper pole fullness on both sides but particularly that side for the sake of achieving symmetry. While this worked when they were new, it only made them look worse after my two babies, as my own tissue growth began to drape over the higher implant, giving the appearance of sagging, ice cream cone melting illusion. Also my left IMC (infra-mammary crease) sits about 1 cm higher than my right. This be default makes the tissue drape down more. Anyway, he highly suggested I get a lift but I thought about it long and hard and could not look in the mirror every day and see a vertical scar. I had a feeling that if I just got larger implants and had my pockets revised so they sat correctly in my chest and maybe that IMC revised that they would even out and not look saggy. Well thankfully the doctor listened to me and did just that and they look fantastic. I got 500ccs silicone, under or partially under (not sure, have to ask the doctor). Via crease incision (last time was areolar but this time the pre filled silicon implants would require a larger incision and since left crease would need to be fixed anyway we went with the crease route). I was back and forth on the size, afraid they would be too big. My last implants looked so natural people never thought I had them unless I told them. I never wanted huge [RS bleep] star boobs just to have boobs to look like a normal woman (before my first BA I was 34A). This doctor wanted larger for me, 600-700ccs, I said no way! I wanted 400-450! He said if the implant wasn't large enough they could still look saggy. We agreed on 500. And even after at my post op visit he said he would have liked to see me larger but I said no I was happy with this size! They are perfect and they don't even hurt! Just the left incision from time to time! So I did that, the Breast implant exchange and crease revision on left side, no lift. I had the extended mini tuck or modified tuck (extended indecision means it's as long as a full tuck but the mini part is that only the skin under the navel gets pulled down, my own navel moves down a bit but is still in a natural location). I had lipo (1800 ccs) to my abdomen, flanks, hips, back. Another thing my PS convinced me to do was the use that fat and graft some of it to my buttocks (750 ccs per side) for a more sharply hourglass figure. I debated this too for a while and had to really think about it! My butt was not too bad really, not huge but not flat, but I guess I could have used a little bit more curve and since the fat was going to be removed anyway it's a shame to throw it out because once it's gone it's gone! We agreed that I would get a subtle bbl, nothing crazy, not a huge Kim k butt, just a little to add some curve. So in the end, I came in just for mini tuck and torso lipo and left with that plus fat transfer to butt and new implants! He gave me a good price but honestly I was afraid of the recovery. It made sense that although it seemed like a lot everything was pretty much a modified version of the true procedure. My implants were an exchange, I already had the pockets so the pain would be less. My tummy tuck would be mini not full, so less bent over and less recovery, and the fat transfer to butt would be subtle, not an insane amount, I didn't even need a drain for my butt, just in my abdomen for the lipo and only one not two. So it seemed doable, not easy but doable and worth it.Now I'm only 6 days post op in those pics so there's still a significant amount of swelling and settling that needs to happen. But there are obvious appealing differences!
