I have three grown kids and gained a lot of weight in three months time so I was referred to check out tummy tuck surgery I had already lost on my iwn 12lbs but had excess skin an weight I had a burn scar on lower abdomen which keliod I did some thinking an decided to get surgery I'm so happy I did scar is gone an I lost one hold tatoo that I had lower abdomen lol but that's ok I have a shape now can't stay out of mirror

Its been 2months now an I'm very swollen an bloated from yesterday my bp was high this morning I thing I over did it yesterday last night eas ruff so I'm taking a easy today's I colored my hair part of the new me lol

The day of surgery I was 171lbs so pretty much I lost the most after my irea weight was 155 lbs so I'm happy at 156lbs my ps ask me before surgery what was my idea weight he was very impressed t hat I got there so soon I am very serious I just have to maintan it now but thank you I'm trying I slip up an baked a cake and know im paying for it temptation kicked in and I ate way too much cake I try not t ok have any candy or cakes in house but my family wanted one lol

Yes drink lots of water an eat 3meals a day with two snacks a day get a colon cleanser my ps staff recomended the cleaner for women I tried it and it really worked I lost few pounds after surgery so I'm sure it will help u lose before surg I'm here for u if u need help or advice

Omg I'm afraid my upper body won't match my lower body either! I gotta work on toning my arms so they are thinner!!! Ugh!!!

Two months post op and feeling good I still have some bliatibg and swelling my os said its all normal and I can cone out if cg yeah but he advised ne to use spanx boy am I more comfortable but I've already reached my ideal weight an size even though I'm going to go down more in months ahead I have my mind right I'm gonna love me an my new body despite others opinions

Thanks and you also look great too I've learned to just pray for them I'm so glad I found this web site I can talk to people who's had or getting this surgery no one is jealous just happy for each other ;) plz keep me updated my back hurts a lot still and when I sit for a while my abs get real tightdoes that happen to u

Oh yeah - when I sit too long and then get up, I still have to walk hunched for a few minutes! My lower belly is very tight! My back KILLED me when I was walking hunched for that first two weeks. It gets better!
