My experience was horrible
My experience was horrible. For starters I caught a staff infection, and I was not pleased with my results or the staff. My package came with two areas of lipo, so Dr. Valls decided to lipo my waist. The lipo was very uneven. One side of my waist is way smaller than the other side. At first I thought it was swelling but 5 months later it's still bigger on one side. Also he did not lipo my stomach along with the tummy tuck so I still have a pooch. Had I known this would happen I would have gotten my stomach lipoed instead of my waist. Then I found out that most surgeons include lipo to the abdominal area for this very reason. Also I was having such a hard time in the beginning with pain and wound separation that I had to make a second trip from Indy to Miami. This is when I found out that I had MRSA. Dr Valls wanted me to stay in Miami for 10 days so that he could treat it. I could not stay for 10 more days because I had to get home to my kids and soon back to work. I had already been in Miami for 8 days to have the procedure, and if you've stayed in Miami you know how expensive it is. So Dr Valls promised that he would check on me. So I went home and got treatment from my Dr.. I tried to get in touch with Dr Valls because my Dr needed my records but he would not call me back and the office would not send my records. Overall it was a horrible experience. They just cut you open and send you on your way with very little post op instructions. I would recommend going to a doctor that has more experience doing tummy tucks, and one that actually cares about their client versus just getting money. There was much more that happened during this process but it's just way to much to type. SHOW LES
