after all my research I decided to go with doctor Mel Ortega , I spoke to Karla and she was the one helping me with all the process she was really helpful and very understanding I would meet Dr. Ortega on Nov when I go on vacations to Miami Im super excited .. any recommendations im flying from ny?

I believe use the Miami airport to land cause is closer. Also look for rooms at airbnb.com for rooms or small apartments/condos. If you want more room, go first class returning to N.Y instead of economy class. Best wishes :-)
