34 , 3 Kids Going to Dr Ortega for Mommy Makeover

Having a mommy makeover done tommorrow morning by dr Mel Ortega of spectrum aesthetics. I will have a lift / silicon implant and extended tummy tuck with lipo to the flanks . I found dr. Ortega through a friend who had a friend going to him . They didn't end up getting the surgery actually but once I saw his work and reviewed his background and reputation I was sold. I'm extremely hopeful and excited . Everyone in the office has been great so far . I went in today for preop urine test and vitals and pictures of my current body.
