First Rhinoplasty, Now Seeking a Revision

I've just hit a year and a half since my original rhinoplasty and couldn't be more unhappy. This has without a doubt taken a huge toll on me emotionally. My original rhinoplasty was in hopes to smooth my bridge to remove the hump I was born with. I did not like the profile view of my nose prior to surgery but loved the front. Now a year and a half post surgery I feel the opposite. I now prefer the profile but absolutely hate the front. After multiple consultations on revisions most surgeons have told me the following is a description of my current nose. My nose was overly shaved down leaving an extreme slope look as well as an inverted V, the tip is asymmetrical and pinched, the right side of my nose has buckled cartilage leaving a round bump and the left side is collapsed. To say I'm unhappy would be an understatement. I traded one problem for four and am now having to face the road towards a revision.  After consultations with my surgeon post surgery he did not seem to feel or understand the severity of the mistakes. However, being the one who has to look at my nose everyday in the mirror I feel the severity of the mistakes. This time around I am making sure to pick a surgeon who is qualified for this procedure. I have read multiple good reviews by Dr.Krau but sadly that was not my outcome or experience.

I come from a very Jewish/Italian family therefore...

I come from a very Jewish/Italian family therefore was born with a very large nasal hump. It was not an overall unflattering look, I was still rather attractive but it was something I was always selfconcious from. Therefore in the summer of 2015 I made the decision to get my nose reconstructed to fix this feature. I took on a second job in my final year of college and saved up $10k for the surgery. I couldnt wait it was finally time so after consulting multiple doctors I felt like I had found one who truly understood what I was going for. I wanted a nose that did not change the way I was viewed from he front only to smooth down the nasal hump. Surgery day came and went and two weeks following they removed my cast, and my heart sank. What I was left with was not something I ever imagined as a possibility or I wouldn't in a hundred years have risked it. My doctor reassured me for months it was swelling and soon my nose would have a more appealing and aesthetically pleasing look. However, as I approach the year mark things have not changed. Instead what I have been left with is a severely misshapen nose. On one hand I received the profile view I wanted and the bump was gone. However the front of my nose is caved in on one side and the other side a large piece of cartridge was left leaving the look of a bump. The bump on one side has also cause my nose to leave drastically to the left. I have gone for a follow up with my doctor and he said I will need another surgery to correct these mistakes. He blamed them on "healing" and this happens often, yet when I went for further consultations other surgeons said they were obvious mistakes on the surgeons behalf. I feel as if I not only picked a careless surgeon but that I was also mislead by how much attention he said he shows to each client. So now my only option is another surgery to correct these mistakes.
