Rhinoplasty - Procedure of Perfection - Miami, FL

Five years ago I broke my nose and had delayed fixing it for a range of reasons which included: fear of pain, surgery, going under anesthesia, and that it might change my face for the worst. This year I finally decided to go through with it, so i decided to do my research. I met with several doctors before meeting Dr. Randy B. Miller. What initially attracted me to the office of Dr. Miller were his credentials. He is a past president of the President of the Florida Society of Plastic Surgeons and specializes in otolaryngology (head and neck). His credentials are what brought me to his office but is was his patience, humility, willingness to understand my anxieties, and attention to detail that sold me. He listened attentively and understood every facet of my concerns. I did not want a nose that looked fake, I wanted something natural, and that is exactly what I received.

The day of my surgery, Dr.Miller came to my bed side and spoke to me to make sure he knew exactly what I wanted. I had my surgery in the stunning outpatient center at Mercy hospital and the team of anesthesiologists were phenomenal. Just like Dr. Miller, they met with me before surgery to explain everything and ease any doubts that I had. Everyone involved with my procedure was compassionate and professional. Surgery was virtually painless, and the healing process came and went and I hardly noticed it. The first week, I was a little sluggish and felt pressure on the face. I also developed bruising around my eyes, which was normal.

The second week I went back to Dr. Miller to remove the nose splint and I must admit I was afraid to look in the mirror, but when I did I was overwhelmed by a wave of emotions and despite my efforts not to cry, I wept. Yes, it was still swollen, but I looked beautiful. My face now had a natural feminine grace that had long been absent. Dr.Miller and his staff, stayed with me every step of the way and met me at weekly intervals, it has been wonderful. To any one considering getting this surgery, I highly recommend it. Every week my nose becomes even more attractive. I know I will not be able to see my complete results until a year from now (because it takes the nose a while to fully settle) but I am absolutely floored with my results thus far.
