Results not as I expected

I had this procedure done with Dr. Bustillo, because he seemed to be a very compassionate doctor that new what he was doing. But unfortunately although he has great bedside manners, I was not satisfied with my rhinoplasty. Instead of refining my nose, I ended up with a more bulbous looking nose. Definitely not the results I was looking for. 6 months after the procedure, I shared my concerns with him about how big my nose was now looking. He told me to give it another year and come back, if it was still looking so big he would attempt to make it look more refined, which is what I initially came to him for. After a year, I went back, showing him the results and how bulbous my nose was still looking, and to my surprise instead of addressing the issue he tried to convince me that it looked "good". I insisted I was not satisfied at all and he brushed it off as yes it looks great. He had taken follow up procedure pictures of my nose, and I noticed that every time he would see me, he always brought the pre procedure pictures and never doing a side by side post procedure comparison. So I asked him about the pictures he had taken a few months ago, and shared that I would like to see them. He answered me in what seemed to be out of nervousness: "what pictures? Oh well I don''t have them!" Case Closed, never mentioned getting them for me or letting me see them at a later time. I wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt and wait a year or two to see if there was still some swelling. Unfortunately after 4 years the results are still the same, my nose definitely bigger than before I went in for the procedure. I have to say a real disappointment. When he asked me to leave a good review a month after the procedure, I did but regret doing so as it was too early to tell what the final results would be.
