Lol thank you! I've heard some not so good things about his rhinoplasty results. I'm getting a little scared...

Every plastic surgeon is going to have some bad unhappy customers. ... It would be impossible to please every one... especially if clear communication of their desires is not made... my suggestion to you would be to look the Dr's work so that way you can get an eye for his style... One you figure out his style (or similarities in his work) decide if that is something that you would like to have... If not keep searching until you see a style that seems to match you're desires... Then research that doc thoroughly. It's one thing if you find Truly Botched surgeries in their work but its another if you find a few customers complaining about small imperfections here n there that they are just not happy with. I saw one rhino review he did where a female complained cause one nostral was larger then the other when she was done but when you look at her before pics her nostral was already larger and he actually shrunk it a little... so also know what your starting with very well... No one is perfectly symmetrical to start with anywhere... And what she felt was a mistake looked to me like she never noticed in the first place before hand and never identified that she wanted that nostral shrunk... I could be wrong... but I thought her nose was beautiful afterwards... Its all about what you feel comfortable with who you feel comfortable with and clearly communicating your desires and having realistic expectations... Best of luck to you ... Hope that helps some

Hi again, I'm not happy but ecstatic with my results. As before my nose is still slightly swollen at the tip but barely noticeable. My biggest issue was my profile & smiling. Now, I can say I love how beautifully my new nose helps shape my face. My rhinoplasty was the only surgery out of the 5, I decided not to post pictures of (for obvious reasons). I completely understand. It's very personal. How long were you in pain for? What kind of advice for the recovery period can you offer?

Never in any pain from any of my surgeries. Just discomfort, you will feel very stuffy/congested. Are you having open or closed Rhinoplasty? I had open. My scar is barely visible now. Is he working on your septum? He did minimal work there on me. If memory serves me right when it involves the septum in great detail there's greater chance for bruising especially eye area. I was also blessed in that dept very minimal bruising. Something very important no one warn me about, if you cough or puke soon after the Rhino, don't be scared if blood comes up/puke. Other tips is not to blow your nose until given ok by Dr. You will be tempted to pick your nose to remove all the gunk (Don't do it). Buy a big box of q-tips & hydrogen peroxide for that. Make sure you also get neosporin to apply to the (outside) incision. Don't sneeze through your nose (crazy I know) but you don't want to jeopardize your fresh new nose. You will be sneezing through your mouth. When u feel a sneeze coming on just open your mouth (feels weird) but will get used to it. No glasses for 6 weeks or cleared by Dr. Salzhauer. Let me see what else.... Take a lot before pics & after pics frequently to see how your nose will evolve day by day. Remember at first, especially after the removal of the cast your new nose will appear very thick/wide. Just remember there was trauma done to your nose & it's normal (don't panic & think that's the final outcome). Hope this helps & if I think of any more I will let u know :)

This is all so great, thank you. Don't think he's doing anything to my septum. I believe he is doing an incision at the part of the nose that hangs over. Right under the tip. I'm having the bone on the bridge shaved down and the tip refined.
