I'm in my mid-fifties and was alway relatively happy with my nose but apparently the old adage is true that the ears and nose just keep growing. I always had trouble breathing through my nose also so hoped that getting my nose fixed would help my workouts and subtitling improve my looks. People just thought I looked good, not that I had my nose fixed.
