I was frustrated as a kid knowing that my nose was not the one I was born with. I hit it on the side of a pool as I was swimming and with time as I got older, it became more apparent that I had suffered a broken nose. I didn't want to continue living being upset all the time, every time I looked in the mirror. I was also afraid of the outcome. Not every plastic surgeon has the same vision as how someone should look like or be able to envision what the patient is looking for.
