WORTH IT
Sorry for the delayed update. I am currently 8 weeks post op and I feel great!! Swelling is minimal and has been since about 4 weeks. Dr salama approved me to wear just a waist trainer starting at 8 weeks which I have been doing. I sleep in the garment still and had my last massage yesterday. Loving my results!!

Wow I can't believe you have minimal swelling, wth am I doing wrong? I have major swelling in on my faja 24/7 with foams and a binder on top of everything and I am still swollen. Your results look awesome!
Thank you. I have not had too too much swelling even since the beginning both of my drains were removed at 6days post op. And I didn't do anything special just wore garment and foams religiously for 6 weeks then just the garment until 8 weeks and now at 8 weeks just wearing a waist trainer during the day and garment at night. My diet is pretty clean i don't do sugars or carbs and lots of veggies and protein slowly but surely recovery is coming along!
Wow, I had my drains in for almost a month, but I had a small hematoma though. I've been in my faja with foams 24/7 only come out to shower and to have a bm, other than that I'm in it. When I didn't eat st all I had no swelling, but when I eat no matter what it is I swell big time. Well your lucky you have minimal to no swelling, keep doin what your doing. You look awesome!

I'm doing good! I saw Dr Salama a week ago and he's impressed with how well my scar has healed. It's very light. I'll post soon with an update. :)

I did three at the office. I didn't have alot of lumps or hardness so I didn't need anymore. But I massaged my sides and flanks daily but not my tummy til 2 weeks after surgery.
