Good morning, I was excited to write a review that I didn't even provide you with the details. Lol. I am a 30 yrs old Mother of 2 children with 2 c-section and a wife. I knew me going through this journey might take a toll on my family but,for now I can say my husband is doing an awesome job taking care of our children especially me. My mom would come by each day to attend to me as well. Ladies it's an very important to an support system there for you.trust me you will some of those days where you feel crappie. Hopefully at my next visit I will be able to get my drains removed. I will then be able to update you with new pic.

By the way how can I relief my back pain? Any suggestions?the muscle medication isn't working for me.I can't stand up for no more than 2mins at a time.

Wow! I am schedule for sx with him in April. I can't wait, your results is just another confirmation why I chose him. What size were you and what size did you go to? He did an awesome job!!!! Did you get implants?
If you want try a heating pad you only 4 days post op it's normal just keep walking it's the key good luck on your recovery am two months tomorrow and it's a struggle but I love the new me you will too

Almost 3 weeks
Do push it be careful because your incisions can open take it easy
Time! It was the only thing that helped me heal. Don't try to force yourself to stand up straight too often, it will stretch the scar out. You'll get better over time. Make sure to rest often off of your feet and keep the Motrin near by. You look fantastic by the way.
I definitely don't want to do that. I will nature takes its course to let me heel during this journey...btw thanks :)

I would suggest a walker, or at least a cane. That is so much stress on your back, and unfortunately our back muscles are very small. You look fantastic! !

I've been researching a great P.S for yrs. I was...

I've been researching a great P.S for yrs. I was going down the list dr. Salazar,dr mendieta etc. Then came across dr. Mel ortega. Let me tell you I wouldn't have it anyway. Great bedside manner,knowledge in his field. God has blessed Dr.O with talented hands and a vision to set the tone for other P.S.

No I'm home with family.that was my 1st option to stay RH but I wanted my support system to be with me during this journey
