I can believe it has been a week! Time flies. Today is the first day that I wake up with no pain:). And yesterday was my first day without pain meds. my left breast is more sore than my right , I also feel that is larger more swollen. Here are some pictures.

Hello, realself ladies! I'm feeling much better today, but I did had an ER trip the night before last. It was the worst pain that I had felt since the surgery! Gas and constipation! It was like labor pain. I was drinking the smooth move tea and miralax since the day after surgery but I'm not sure if that made it worse. In the ER they give me an iv and did a ct scan to see if I had any blokage which I didn't, so they send me back home and told me to continue with the miralax and if it continue the next day to go back. That night I took 4 oxy-powder. Is a oxygen based intestinal cleanser and the next morning I finally went :) and no pain at all it was great. Today Im the most independent since surgery, took a shower, my husband hold my drains and wash my back:). I can get out and in to bed on my own. I also got my compresion garment on and it feels great. Here are some pictures.
