Hello RS I have followed this site for quite some time so let me formally introduce myself. I gave birth to three beautiful kids ages 16, 10, and 3. My husband and I have decided to not have anymore and getting a TT was something that I wanted to do for quite some time so needless to say I am excited about July 8th!! I'm scheduled for a MMO with Dr. Ortega @ Spectrum (i love his work)....thanks to all the ladies that have allowed me to follow their journey..I've learned so much!! Once again thank you and God bless!!

Hello...yay a surgery partner!! How long ago were you in? I'm almost done myself...yay again!! Are you coming from out of state as well...if so, have you decided on where you are going to do your recovery at?

I'm from Chicago....I was in the National Guard..just ETS a year ago now. I was scheduled with a friend to do this together but the original date didn't work so had to reschedule for 7/8.... I will probably bring my daughter down to take care of me at a hotel near Spectrum...what about you?

I'm bookes with one of the recovery homes....newbodyrecovery....however after I finish my stay in the RH I'm going to stay a few extra days in a hotel near spectrum as well....if you have spectrum reserve your room with best western premier you can get a really good rate....google the hotel and call them and they will explain their rates to you...i was quoted around $100 a night give or take (the spectrum rate) ...talk to your coordinator about it...also the hotel is right behind spectrum.

Greetings Ladies....so the time I requested off from work was approved (30 days)....and my flight has been scheduled! I'm going to stay in Miami for 14 days before I make the trip back...even though I was told 8-9 days...I'm hoping my drains will be removed before I leave Miami...if not...I still feel like committing 100% of the first two weeks of recovery towards my healing....I'm already thinking I'll probably ask for an additional two weeks off we'll see how that blows over...lol.
