No regrets, having this surgery was the best decision of my life! I’m working out 6 days a week to make sure I keep my results. I’ve never felt healthier. Picture is before and 2 years later. Highly recommend Dr. Hochstein!
One year!
It's SO hard to believe it's been a year already! I cannot even express how thrilled I am with my results...it was the best decision ever! The recovery is rough...really rough at times but the end result was so worth it. My results have really pushed me to be more active so I can keep them! I'm working out 5 days a week. I am still working on building my core strength but I have no issues working out. Parts of my scar are faded to the point where it's almost invisible but other parts are dark still. I started getting bikini laser hair removal and was warned it could cause the scar to darken and I'm pretty sure it has, oh well! My stomach is still very numb! I don't notice it unless I scratch or rub it, such an odd sensation! My belly button turned out perfectly, though I'm so scared to wash it, I'm afraid it will unravel ha! My boobs are great, I wish I would have gone a size bigger but I wanted a full D and that's what I got, so I shouldn't complain. I would do it all over again in a heartbeat and I don't think there is a better surgeon out there! Dr. H is truely fantastic and his staff were amazing! Awesome experience and blessed with my results!
Abs??
I think I'm starting to have abs for the first time ever!!! such a motivation to work out harder!
