So my bellybutton doesn't seem infected or anything but it's kind of as if its closed off? ?? Has anyone had this experience?

Your waist line actually looks really good why did you rate him 2 stars? I will be seeing him the 23rd of July my shape is similar to yours I am hoping for something similar in results.

My overall rating was 2 stars because of the overall nonexistent customer service at Vanity not Salas. The only thing about the Dr is he did not extend the scar as we had discussed in the preop. Dr Salas seemed nice and honest and if you're going to Vanity for a tummy tuck I would say he is the one to use :) Good luck!

I can already see that Vanity's customer service is horrendous they do not make you feel comfortable at all you know it's all about the $$$ with them. My surgery coordinator is Diana and when I first started speaking with her on the phone they added a price to everything, they also gave me two different prices. Originally I was told 4,000.00 for everything then it jumped to 5,500.00 very crazy. We ended up straightening things out I think Salas would be good he seems like a conservative surgeon but also gives you a shape.

Doing well but can't wait till these drains are removed on friday. I'm hoping they remove both but so far my right drain is collecting less than the left and the nurse said it wouldn't be taken out of more than 25 ml drains in 12 hrs...keeping my fingers crossed. I haven't had to use pain meds since day 3 and had my first bm that same day with the help of colace stool softener. My appetite has been normal. So far so good. ..I can't wait till l this swelling goes down

My apt time was at 1 so I arrived at 12. I went back around 2 and went into sx at 4 on the dot. I woke up around 7:30. I can say it's uncomfortable but not really painful as long as you Take The Pain Meds On Time. When I got out all of the CVS were out of vicodin and wouldn't have anymore till the next week. We tried the closest 4 to Vanity. The pain started to kick in so luckily I had brought some I had left over from a prev Sx so I used that. I feel bad for the girl that was going in when I was leaving because of she didn't bring any pain Meds she probably won't have them that night.
The Post op visit wasnt bad. I was told to be there between 10 and 11. I arrived around 10:30 and was seen within about 10 min. The nurse checked my belly button and drains. I come back in a week to get the drains removed. Seeing as I live about 4 hours away, I went home and will drive back next week.
