I breastfed 2 kids, one for 15 months and my 2nd for 18 months, my breast were never big but they were fuller before breastfeeding, anyway, my breast were a C than after 2nd breastfeeding i became a small B , so when i laid down my breast were gone lol thats how bad it got so finally i made a move and sent pictures to theyre website and within days a coordinator replied and let me tell you she was and is amazing, nice, friendly and very helpfull, o and patient with me and all my questions, worries and just my 1 week journey lol, i would tottally reccomend her if u can choose, the staff was very nice as well sweet and funny, O yea i got this procedure done in 1 week after consultation so anyway i went to meet the Dr and he was soooooo nice, very intelligent and made me feel very comfortable with his answers and with him,
The place is called (Spectrum Aesthetics ) in Coral gables, so i went today for my procedure today. I was nervous but like i said he just has something special that made me calm and trust 100% on him, everything went smooth and i got
(MENTOR smooth round Ultra high profile 535cc silicone) since my chest was pointing out too much too narrow and it sounded like a lot but i trusted him and did not question him, i
feel amazing, the cut looks like it wasnt that long, i think either he went very gentle on me or the pain killers are helping hydrocodin with i think ibuprohen, im like if i didnt have a surgery and i just have inner higher pain on arms and side of breast, so far they look good, one does look a bit bigger than the other but i feel this is just swelling. I will post pics of before and after and after a few weeks post more to see the final look, they did provide me with this beige bra as well, if u have any questions please feel free to inbox me, before i got these i was looking for reviews on this size and wasnt much there so maybe i will be helping someone to the questions i had.

Congrats on the girls, they look amazing game already !! I'm coming up on my BA next month and I can't wait. plz keep us updated on your progress. My nipples are exactly like yours. At my last consult I was on the border of needing a lift, which I absolutely do not want . Did your surgeon mention possibly a lift for you? Or how your outcome would be if they suggested a lift and you declined? Thanks for sharing your story. This site is absolutely amazing !! I'm looking forward to your updates :)

They said after some time they will look lower and may need a lift which i can do later but honestly im fine with that. I do not want a lift and thats y there are bras to lift them if i need to lol. Plus its best u arnt braless all the time with a big implant cause if there is no support they will drop faster

That's why I won't get a lift and don't want all that scaring, I just need my upper pole and volume back. Thank you. Hows are you doing with the pain and discomfort now? Can't wait to see your final results

For the upper pole volume he suggested ultra high profile, and it worked great! The pain very little. Just one breast is healing differently, its more discomfort than pain actually, thank u for asking

I would like to follow you and see your progress. Your breasts looked very similar to mine postop and my ps did a donut lift. I've regretted that every day for the past year! I liked the shape better initally and then they dropped after a few months. I learned the donut lift I had only gives 1-2 cm of lift and I ruined my areolas for that, Ughh!! I have wondered many times what my breasts would have looked like w implants alone and I will follow your journey to find out! I think I would have been much more happy w them. I hope you continue to love them! :)

Hopedforbetter - I'm sorry to hear about that, you think of a lift as giving you much better results than 1-2 cm of lift !! I'm sure they failed to offer that intelligence to you before hand. Initially with my last consult with a different Dr he said I needed a lift . I had my consult with my surgeon yesterday and he said absolutely not!! I have a little sag from deflation but implants alone will make my breast perkier, Which I was delighted to hear. I am very happy to say that I paid my deposit, put a good chunk of my payment down today, my pre-op is next Thursday the 11th and surgery is scheduled for March 3rd :) ive wanted this for years. it has been a long year & a half researching but now it's finally happening. Now it's time to prepare everything. I'm so glad I found this site with so many brave woman willing to share their story's .

I know you didn't get a lift but did they recommend 1 because your nipples are low (like mines). He did an amazing job!

U will too trust me, just take your pain meds and antibiotics and take it easy. U will feel sooo good. Good luck on your recovery:)

Wow, don't know if it's just how well your figure compliments or the surgeon but, I have to say they turned out to be absolutely gorgeous! Great choice! (Maybe it's the great ink that helps lol)
