Dr Ortega is a awesome. When I arrived to spectrum I was so nervous. soon as I met & consulted with Ortega I felt relieved I expressed to him what I wanted & he made every expectation for surgery a reality. I'm very greatful.. My next day follow up after surgery was unorganized wish I could've seen Ortega but he was in surgery. I also noticed most of the ladies in the waiting area were angry.. Ladies FYI: wrong way to start surgery, I had a smile on my face the whole time from when I walked in till I left.

I haven't received not one call from the office check my post op recovery. I like Dr Ortega's work but his office has a lack of communication that needs to be fixed.
