BBL, 1 Day Post Op - Miami, FL

It's been a long time since I got my BBL so I figured I'd update the pros and cons for me. I don't regret getting my surgery but I definitely would do some things different.
+Firstly, I told the doctor to use all the fat harvested because I had read that 40% of it is reabsorbed. Not so in my case. It was big after surgery and its big now 6 years later.
+ I want it 10% smaller but the real issue for me is the shape. It's not natural- it sits up way too high while being kind of flat at the bottom. Its like needs just a bit of a slope.
+ One side is bigger than the other in different ways-(sticking out more at the hip on the right, with more projection on the left) and 1 hip is higher than the other. These are little things but still...
+ My belly button is not centered. I guess he took more fat from one side than the other and this is the result.
+ The drainage tube that was placed in the center of my stomach left a divot- I dont wear crop tops.
+ He sculpted abs which were cute but looked super crazy when I got pregnant -I would like it to just be flat.
+ The liposuction on my lower back made it harder to the touch?

I am beginning to research and I really hope I will be able to use coolsculpting or something non surgical. Liposuction was painful and I would like to avoid having it again if possible. I think that the surgery was a great starting point and with a few minor adjustments I'll have the look I want. I have been really horrible since having my daughter I don't work out and my diet consists mostly of chicken nuggets. I'm sure this procedure is the only reason I am not WAY larger.
