After a year of trying to decide if I want to go through with Lipo I decided on Dr Rami Ghurani in MIA. I live in ATL but I decided on Dr Rami Ghurani bc his contouring skills are amazing!! I had my surgery at Spectrum Aesthetics but I wouldn't recommend bc they are extremely slow and unprofessional. They called me in early for my pre-op and when I got there I still had to wait and the receptionist act like I was bothering her. I explained to her sweetie I just flew in I haven't ate and you asked me to come in 3hrs early bc you said you were slow. This is no reflection on Dr Rami Ghuran. He made me feel comfortable when I meet him b4 my surgery. Dr. Ghurani do not like to give you drainage tubes bc the complaints he received from patients, uncomfortable and blockage. I was instructed to purchase shower liner and doggy pads to lay on so I will not damage the hotel bed and sheets. It was a little messy but I followed his orders. This is my 2nd day out of surgery and my drainage is minimal, I have pads inside of my garment.
I went to his office for my post-op the day after my surgery and Nanzi gave me the best lymphatic massage. She's no longer with Spectrum Aesthetics either and Dr Rami Ghurani time is coming to a end there also from my understanding. I will see Dr. Ghurani on Mon b4 I leave to go back to ATL and get another massage. I am very sore...I took I Vicadon after my surgery and I'm not taking anymore pain medicine. Taking antibiotic, Floravital, Arnica. Eating pineapple and drinking purr pineapple juice to heal. Walking around hotel parking lot 2x a day.
More pics and updates to come.

Been 1wk since my 360 Lipo. Received 1st massage in Atl from Nena's Spa!! Lumps massage and redlight, ultrasound and cativation therapy. Also, she tighten my faja and I am now wearing a board. I'm feeling very uncomfortable and sore. Each day gets better. I'm eating low sodium diet, eating pineapples, taking arnica pills and rubing 2x day on my stomack/back.

Looking good.

I do not recommend my patients to have ultrasound and cavitation immediately post op. It can cause complications. Keep up the good work.

You look great!! Im thinking about liposuction but i'm worried about the recovery(pain). If you don't mind answering ... How painful was it to you on a scale of 1-10? And when were you able to maneuver on your own?
