Update: This was almost 4 months post op
WORTH IT$4,000
I have to say I’m very satisfied with Dr. Alvarez and his work. This pic was almost 4 months post op. As far as eating I control what I’m eating because I didn’t pay 4K to be eating up the 4000 cc’s they sucked out. lol I’ve been in and out of my faja. My skin is still moldable. I wear my ab board and waist cincher belt because if I wear pants over my stomach the indent will temporarily be there because it’s still moldable.

8 week update
So reaching 8 weeks has been beautiful. I went to Jamaica and l was in a wedding. Oh my goodness. People were like girllll you are giving body!!! Lol my boyfriend just loves it.
I am still feeling a burning sensation every now and again. Usually when I am getting up from sleeping or laying down for a long period of time. This itching gets out of control sometimes for me still. I still have swelling when I’m out of my faja but it’s nowhere as bad as when I first had surgery.

You look amazing!
Thanks babe!
You look beautiful and your stomach is flat.I have had a BBL and i'm thinking of a 2nd one because my stomach isn't were i want it i've had 3 csection and that lower pouch has refuse to leave. But looking at you makes me think i have hope in getting that pouch down
Hey babe! Please have faith you can get your stomach down. If anything get a tuck if you’re not having any kids after surgery. Waist will be smaller and it will make your hips and butt look even bigger.

Compression is Key!
I know it may seem uncomfortable at times but you have to stay in the faja for compression for many reasons. The compression helps with the pain/burning sensation feeling I go through. The tighter the better and it helps keep the swelling down. My compression method has been very simple: Cami, ab board, faja and Velcro waist cincher belt. Starting next week I’m going to try something new using the poise pads. I plan on lining them up in my faja for added compression. I’ll do cami, poise pads, ab board, faja and waist cincher belt. I want to see if the added compression helps.

How many liters did he remove?
4000
4000cc’s of fat. It’s the max in Florida
Really? Someone told me that the max in Florida was 6 liters. What areas did you get done?
Nope 4 liters is the max. They did my abdomen, upper and lower back and sides.
The max in Georgia is 5 liters. I'm having lipo to my abdomen, lower back, flanks, arms, and Mons pubis. I hope that will be enough. I'm 192 and 5' 3". He wants me to lose 15 to 20 lbs though for better results.
I’m sure it will be enough and you’ll look great!
Did you wear foam boards?
