Dr.miami is the best hands down . My waist was a 32 & now a 26, I didn't workout until 7 weeks after surgery. I recommend you workout 3-4 weeks post surgery just so you can keep that flat stomach. I didn't but I'm lucky enough too keep it flat.
The first 2-3 weeks are hell !!!! You will get really swollen & hard as a rock but it's only temporary & things will get better with time . It all comes with the healing process!!

You look so amazing!! Im thinking about liposuction but i'm worried about the recovery(pain). If you don't mind answering ... How did you feel immediately after waking up from surgery? On a scale of 1-10 how bad is the pain? And when were you able to maneuver on your own?
If your getting just lipo it's not that bad at all I'll say a 5 . When you wake up your gonna feel it and be really doped up sobthe pain meds will help. I think it got bad for me when the swelling started two weeks post surgery. That's the most uncomfortable part of recovery . I walked on my own the second day & was ok south beach the 4th day!! But it takes 6 months to a year to get full results!
