I met with the doctor a few weeks ago but I went in a bit unprepared and wish I would have taken notes on things to ask. Although I believe most of what he said answered many questions I would have had. He seems very confident in his skill and was very honest about what to expect and what risks come with any procedure. It was a short consultation but I was pleased with it. What I do have to say is that I wish he had a better group of people working alongside him and his colleagues. It was a very disorganized process, a lot of typos in the paperwork, a lot of running around trying to figure things out on my own. What was most upsetting was being told I was cleared for surgery 3 weeks prior and then I called in to double check a week before my scheduled date to find out that I had 10.5 hemoglobin and might not be able to go through with it just yet. Extremely upsetting!!!!
