I had liposuction to my stomach n back so once I've been compressing it the fluid moved down from my stomach to hips and butt can this fluid stay or how can I get rid of it?

Try to find someone who can give you a lymphatic massage . I had a small fluid pocket and used a rolling pin twice a day for as long as I could handle it pushing in down thourds my legs , and it went down after few days . Someone also told me that you can roll around on something hard like a medicine ball and make sure you get loads of compression I use wrist clincher on top of my foams lipo board and garment
But where is the fluid going to come out at?
I think your body reabsorbs it and your kidneys and then you pee it out. Have you spoken with your Doctor about the fluid build up?

I got it on amazon . I just went for a massage and the girl said sometimes the fluid doesn't go all away and turns into fibrosis :(( I still had little Fluid and I didn't think it was that much but she drained me with a needle and got 4 small serenges out

You most likely need lymphatic drainage massages, and more compression try a smaller garment or a waist cincher on top of your garment
I do have a waist cinched and I was thinking about getting a smaller garment but I have a the ab board an lipo foam n now I am wrapping my stomach I don't know what else to do

SO MUCH FLUID IN MY LOWER STOMACH AN LOWER BACK
Just took a shower i almost passed completely out...rub down in arnica gel got on my side compressions..not my ab board i gotta take it slow...ughhh i have so much fluid in my lower back n lower stomach im finna go to bed while this gel is doing its magic
