Surgery Day. 25 Years Old, 5'4, Had Tubelar Breast and Needed Lift with Implants. Miami, FL

Hello there! So I was originally about a small b cup due to my weight gain during/after pregnancy. I decided to go through with this operation for more self confidence. I really disliked always wanted a dress or shirt and never having the boobs to fill it up. Today was surgery day I'm feeling pressure the sensitivity but the meds are really helping. I'm anxious to see what size he ended up being able give me due to my deformity so I hope I end up with a small d or full c. The PS SERGIO ALVAREZ MD at Image Cosmetic Surgery in Miami FL was very nice, patient and explained everything thoroughly, he also has his own practice at Alvarez Cosmetic Surgery in Miami on Lincoln rd but at Image they were having a special. The staff mostly didn't speak English so I can see how there could be a little frustration with people who don't speak Spanish but lucky for me I do lol. My coordinator was Mercedes she was very nice and patient with me as well. Gave me her cell phone for any other questions I had in mind that would pop up. I will post before and after pics hopefully tomorrow. He ended up filling my breast with saline up to 390cc and also had to remove some of my breast tissue. Update more tomorrow once I finally see my breast and get a glimpse on bra size hopefully. Too early to rate on follow up but the nurse in the recovery was real sweet and considerate.
