I am 39 yrs old a mother of 3 I was a 34A preop and now at 2 weeks post op I'm so far a 34D an are loving them can't wait till they soften up and drop into a more naturally position my procedure was done in miami fl at cg cosmetics my coordinator was Blanca an she answered all my questions pre op an now anytime I have a concern she is always available my surgeon Dr Freiman did an awesome job I love my breast more an more everyday if anyone has questions or concerns feel free to ask

3 weeks post op some days I feel tight and some days not???

Post op 3 weeks went from 34A too 425 cc hp natrelle saline yesterday they felt squishy and good and today they feel tight and swollen again what could cause this

My breasts did the same thing. I am 3 months mine are under the muscle. Mine will be that way when I get up in the morning. My doctor said they may do that for up to one year. I have noticed now that they seem to be dropoed it is not as often.
