2020 - SIX YEAR UPDATE
I wanted to give another update but this time with my weight loss goal achieved! I don't like my stomach so I didn't do any front /side views but this is my butt 55 pounds lighter than when I got the surgery and I love it!
Doctor Salaman made me look great. My butt looks natural. The projection is now so much better since i lost weight but it will be better once I get my tummy tuck. So I literally took these just a few minutes ago in my bathroom.
I still think Dr. S's aftercare sucked balls but the overall surgery was great! Nevermind the tag on my underwear. Lol.
NEARLY 5 YEARS POST OP!!! UPDATE!
I am preparing for my Tummy Tuck. Have some money coming in and I pretty much went vegetarian and lost about 20+ pounds.
I love my butt now. I don't know if the obsession with a big butt and seeing big butts everywhere made me get Butt Dysmorphic Disorder or something (Yes, I made that term up) but I was stuck on thinking my butt wasn't big when in fact it is. It's big and fits my body perfectly. If it were any bigger it would borderline on me looking obese and it would just look fake to be honest. You cannot tell by looking at me I had a BBL which is awesome. It's perfect for me. No, i am not Serena Williams but I have a great shape.
My butt has changed tremendously in the last two years and this IS ALL DUE TO WEIGHT LOSS. I thought losing weight would cause me to lose my butt but it didn't. If anything my butt adjusted to my size and now it's just cuter and more visible then when I had more weight.
I was super annoyed with my butt cheeks not being the same size but then I realized, they were never the same size. Even in my before pictures the flat cheeks are not asymmetrical, so once I realized that, it was a lot easier to deal with then thinking the doctor screwed up.
So overall, if you want to be happy with your results, be happy with your overall weight before you get into the surgery room or you won't be happy with your results. Don't be afraid to exercise cause the booty just gets bigger. Don't aspire to look like a Centaur cause it's not cute, just add to what you have and you'll be happy with your results! Just wanted to leave that update cause it isn't cool to only talk about the negative.
It took some time but overall, after stop being obsessed with my butt, I am very happy with it. I still stick to the bedside manner ratings but the Butt itself is A++!

Waited 5 months post-op to leave review. * Dr. Salama is a sweetheart and doesn't promise you the world. Very realistic. Said he put as much fat in my butt as he could. He did say I would get a cuff -- I personally don't think I got one but we will see if my butt changes anymore. He will not do revisions/changes for a year anyway. He's a very busy man and I felt it. Spent five minutes with me after the surgery on my after care visit and I felt he had more important things to do. That was the only time I saw him after my surgery. Once you get your last massage I haven't heard a peep from anyone. Don't know if that's normal or not. It took forever to get my first call back when I left a message and when they called they said his brother would get back to me regarding a question only he could answer and I still haven't heard back from him two months later. That's why they get a 3 star for phone or e-mail responsiveness. I feel they only answer you quickly before your surgery. The staff is very SWEET except for the nurse right after the surgery who rushes your ass into a wheelchair cause she wants to close up.
