I called moments ago to ask for a refund. Only to be told that I don't qualify. It wasn't a problem for them to get my money, but I definitely can't get it back. I asked what the qualifications were and no one knew. So I asked to speak to the person that was in charge of the coordinators. I got hung up on, switched back and forth and on hold too long. I kept calling back and was put with a manager, I GUESS. This is part of what the manager told me. Since I'm canceling, the doctor charges $500 to look over my photos. Now check this, my coordinator has previously said that he never got a chance to view my pictures. I was told by my coordinator that Dr. Fisher would view my pictures and then contact me. I called a couple times about not hearing from him on said dates and always received an excuse from my coordinator. Which I believed at the time, but was alittle irritated. This place IS NOT RUN LIKE A BUSINESS. I think some of these doctors are clueless as to who are working for them. It's sickening that no one is on the same accord. They play these games with you and bounce you back and forth on the phone. IDGT SCAMMERS
