Don't think I know anyone here now it has been years. 2012. But thought I'd give an update with a picture. I'm happy with my results just going for a second round for more projection from sides. I was a square with massive sagging [RS bleep].

I'm worried about my sleep position after bl because im a stomach sleeper only time im on my butt or side is unless im watching tele are the any suggestions as to how one should slweepcomfortably after a bl?

Can you sleep when you are propped up watching TV? It took me a few days to get used to sleeping on my back- but I'm sure you'll get there. A 'V' shaped pillow might help too

I'm a stomach sleeper too. To be honest the first week was a little tough. After one week, my doctor said I could sleep on my side. I slept with a pillow in front and behind me to keep from rolling on to my stomach. Having a pillow in front of my stomach helped also because it mimics the feeling of sleeping on your stomach.
Thanks for that little advice i can just imagine how its going to be ill definately try getting 2 body pillows maybe that would be even better.
I am purchasing a maternity air bed (the one with the hole in the middle) so I can sleep comfortably on my stomach.

getting nervous as my surgery is right around the corner...I can't wait I haven't had perky breast since I was 12 Never wore training bra so there was no support pluss I come from A family of big breasted girls, weight gain weight loss contributed to my deflated flip/flop tities...Can't wait to show mi girls off.
