Please Help with Photos for Breast Lift/implant from Spectrum Aesthetics. Miami, FL

My recovery is going okay I guess as far as pain.However, I don't feel like I will be happy with my results.I was told my coordinator  that my pre-op appointment would be the day before my surgery.I then specifically asked if they were open on Sundays since we scheduled my appointment for Monday 12/5/2016.She told me they were open every day until 6pm and that I did'nt need an appointment for my pre op and i could come in anytime before 6.I found out that friday before my surgery that they are not open on sundays and i would have my pre op the day of my surgery and my appointment was at 4:30 am.I received a call on saturday from another person that said my appoint was scheduled at 6am and the doctors don't have appointments that early.So I arrived at my appointment about 15 minutes early and I didn't get seen for my pre op until after 7am.I finally met Dr.Ortega and he seemed really nice however he seemed like he was in a rush.I told him up front that I didn't know what size I wanted exactly and I also didn't know what profiles meant.He then said that is what he was hear for and he would explain it to me.He asked me why did I want surgery and I told him because my breast sagged.He then asked me what size bra a wore.He measured me and then told me that I had a slight case of scoliosis which may cause my breast to look slightly different but he would do his best to make the perfect.He then said profiles can determine the difference from having a natural look to a more unnatural or fake look.I then told him that I wanted to be natural and I didn't want to have that stretched out fake look. He then sat down and asked if I had any pictures to show him now so I did and he said that is exactly what I was thinking for you.I asked him what did he recommend and he told 360cc UHP and I said okay.He said that I didn't have much volume at the top,so that's what he recommended.He as said my chest was narrow so that would be good for me.I wasn't told or given options of the different profile types or told the what the differences were between all of them that would be good for my body type.Mind you even tho he told me that the profile of the breast will be the difference between looking natural and unnatural(fake) but he never said which profiles do what.He then walked out the room with his clipboard and I asked the assistant was he done and she said yes.So, I asked to see him again because I still had not tried on sizers with him and no pictures of a person with the same body type and breast size. Plus the room we were in didn't have a mirror. He said he didn't have any pictures with him and then seemed a little aggravated or just in a hurry.He said he would have his assistant come in to show me pictures and let my try on sizes close to the size he chose.When the assistant came back in she told me all she had was a 355cc UHP implant and then she walked out.I didn't even have a bra to try it on with nor a mirror to look at myself with it on.She also neglected to show me pictures.Once she came back in it was time for surgery so I just trusted my surgeons judgement.After surgery I decided to look up UHP breasts and I could barely find pictures.The pictures I did find looked super fake and square like.I also looked at answers by doctors and most doctors said they wouldn't recommend UHP on a patient unless they had a mastectomy. They also said that UHP breast give the "fake" look and are higher risk of stretching the tissue and bottoming out.Please help me, is there any chance that my breast can drop and I could not have the "fake look".I don't wanna look like i have two balls on my chest?
