I’m having a Breast lift in June. Dr Mel Ortega is great! I had a consultation with him about a month ago and he made me feel comfortable and less nervous about the surgery. However I cannot say the same thing about Jessica Garcia my surgery coordinator, once you book the surgery and give the down payment she never returns your calls, or emails! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER, not professional. I’m not a person who complains ever. I emailed her several times regarding my blood work, never returned an email. I then found out that Evelyn Sanchez who is a sweetheart is the one who deals with the blood work, however because she got in contact with me. Jessica didn’t have the modesty of letting me know that she wasn’t the one who dealt with the blood work; she doesn’t care at all about the patients only booking surgery! I have had a lot of patience, however I called using my work phone line and she answered the phone, when I call from my phone she never answers! Dr Mel Ortega should get new staff. Anyways I will post pictures soon.

Nella..... You know what you can do, block your number and call her, she will pick up!! Or call the front desk and complain she's ignoring you... That's what I did ! And she picked up immediately, however she had an attitude ...

The customer service is horrible I had to cancel my surgery due to the lack of communication and that was in March...I loved Dr. Ortega but his staff really needs to get it together

I thought about cancelling my surgery ... But because my surgery is less than a month away, I wouldn't get a refound! Honestly the customer service is horrible, they take advantage because they know most of the people won't cancel their surgery, I'm going to tell Dr. Ortega what a horrible customer service they have. My best friend got breast implants with another doctor, and I was telling the story and the lack of professionalism with the staff at spectrum, she told me that when she booked her surgery the coordinator was really nice and always contacted her, they were always in contact with her. I just want to get the surgery over with and not deal with the staff.

it look like once u put ur deposit down its a rap I thought by now they would have gotten it together since tax season is over but I see they r still up to there Shenanigans it's a shame that as good as Dr. Ortega is as a plastic surgeon he has such an irresponsible staff

They didn't give me a refund when I cancelled it was too close too surgery I told them they can keep that I'm a truly stickler when it comes to customer service if u want my money

Hi darling, I'm getting my surgery early July at Spectrum with Dr. Ortega. My coordinator is Vivian but I just had my consult yesterday and put my deposit, she seemed really nice but I haven't really started the questions process yet. I was a bit disappointed by the girls at front desk . They forgot about me, even tho I asked twice about my appointment as I sat there for almost 4 hours and then I complained and got mad.. and that's when they took me back. Dr Ortega was cool, except he was with me for no more than 10 mins be he was needed elsewhere.. I didn't really get to ask questions about size, shape.. so I'm left researching myself. I guess I'll have to call Vivian and see what the dr has in mind? I'm sorry your coordinator sucks. I hope mine doesn't, but she did seem very nice. Are you getting implants w your lift? I'm getting Saline be of assymetry and saline will be easier to get the best outcome in terms of symmetry, since the salines are filled once inside your breast.. He'd be able to match the sizes better. Has your situation changed with your coordinator? Can you change coordinators?

Hi! My situation is the same, I'm getting saline implants because he's be able to match the sizes better, he didn't really give me a size, he told me that I didn't really need implants as my dude was good enough however I do want a small implant in order to get more volume, I have gained don't me weight, once I lose some pounds I know my boobs will shrink lol. Btw in sisi having lipo in my abdomen :) . And I'm not sure if I can change coordinators, I don't really have to talk to Jennifer anymore, she will probably contact me the day before the surgery to let me know the time I will have to go in. I will keep you posted :)

I had my breast lift this Saturday with Dr Ortega, I have to say I was really really nervous about doing this procedure, however I'm loving the results. They are just really high right now

I just had my surgery 3 days ago. When you first saw your breasts did they look strange, like deformed? I'm a little nervous bit they did say that i was very swollen.
