Thank you! Buying them today! I'm trying to follow your advice! I still haven't remived or gotten the tapes wet, but I'm getting sooooooooo impatient! I want to see them already! Haha! I know you already know this but you look AMAZING! Just gorgeous! My left boob is still riding high and they told me to start to massage just that one, but it gets really sore after massage! :(
So I'm going to leave it alone for awhile! Also, did your tapes fall off on their own? Or did you have to pull them off? Because mine are on there pretty good! Thanks again for posting the scar sheets!
Girl no they did not want to come off!! lol I had to slowly apply alcohol to loosen the glue day after day take little bits off and cut it as it came off without pulling because I wanted to be very cautious not to aggravate the skin, I really feel that not taking the tapes off soon and not wetting them made my scars a lot flatter and heal faster inside lol I know you get impatient cause I was DYINGGGG to get those tapes off lol but you are doing great and looking awesome so far about the left being higher no worry it will come down, for the first two weeks I felt my left was higher and slight bigger as well
How long did you leave the tapes on for and what alcohol product did you use
for 2 1/2 on third week I started removing little by little, regular alcohol on the tapes to get it to loosen up and not pull you incision while removing.
Do you mean like alcohol gel or wash sorry if I'm being stupid

Just took my strips/tapes off. My incisions look great just like you said they would, but my areola seems a little lifted at the top (does that even make sense?). Like the edge of it seems like it's not fully attached to the skin. It's looks like a tiny flap of skin just sitting there. Does this sound like anything you experienced? If so, did it fix on its own?
yea I did experience that, it looked weird but to me I thought could it be the swelling?, however I kept it flat you should cover it to keep it flat and safe from any pulling also no touching or scratching they will be very itchy soon & the bra that you wear make sure its fitted supportive and lays flat there in that area, my nips looked painted on kind of weird I guess its till the skin heals and swelling goes down also remember its like he took are nips off put them on the table then reattached them literally.
I've gone through 4 bras now and I don't feel like they are giving me enough support!
I got mine at k mart or 14.99, I got a size smaller for more support since eventually it gets loose don't get too big

Incisions 1 month & 2 weeks
Using scar guard and silicone strips at this point they are very soft and bouncy I have no complaints.

You look AMAZING!!!!! Wow! Just wow! I fly to Miami in a few hours (I know I should be asleep, but I can't keep my eyes closed). I'm really afraid that he won't go bigger for me. I hope I get lucky like you did. Also, what brand of scar sheets are you using? I'm going to try to convince him to go 400 for me! Fingers crossed.
I will post the scar sheets for you BUT GIRRRRLLL be sad when he says no!! Lol like I was he wants to see all his patients happy he will do it ! Good luck on your surgery you will love them!
Hello. Did u fly to Miami for the surgery? I'm thinking of flying over there from Texas because here its about 10k. So I think it's worth it. But my question is. How long would I be over there? Because of the follow ups. ?
I flew into Miami on a Monday, had surgery on Tuesday. First follow up on Wednesday, and final follow up on Friday morning, and was on a plane home Friday afternoon. It was completely worth it. With flying, traveling costs, aftercare, etc, it was still way cheaper than the 11k I would have spent here.
Awesome! How did u do it for a consultation? Did u meet him way before surgery or just by phone?
It was an over-the-phone consultation with him, but after I had gone to 4 other local surgeons and had in-person consultations with them. I met the doc in person the day before my surgery.
I'm flying into miami on 4/3 to get in done. I'm staying a week post op. I'm a little too nervous to stay less.
I was too, but I spoke to two other patients that went and they both ended up changing their flight to leave earlier because it really wasn't necessary for them to stay. The doctor also told me I didn't need to stay past the 3 day follow up so I trusted him and he was right. I was good to go.

Same here. Had surgery on Wednesday, post op Thursday, could have gone home then, but waited one more day and flew back Friday. I only had implants this trip tho, nothing else.
