I have to wait 6 months to go back into surgery I was also thinking should I change to saline implant do to is more safe and you don't have to do mri like the silicon I hate the fact that I have to ask for permission at work again to be off don't know how long of is just days or 1 week .

Well where do i start last week i strated with spitting stitches and has open holes in different area I had an appt to see regarding my left implant and the spitting sutures. Now the problem is not the left high implant now is the right one is to low and is looks saggy again ughhh this has been so hard for me emotional regretting doing this surgery is been rough for me I cry so much this week because my excision was closed and now with the problem it look horrible. Well when dr.krau seen my breast one higher and the other breast lower he said don't worry we are going to fix it he said he don't think is a capsular contraction because is not hard but is firm but the other is saggy I don't know how this happen but the good thing he is going to fix it and fix the scar etc but I don't know if I need to change the implant which I'm thinking about it because my breast don't look full round it look weird the shape also do anyone knows of the natrelle style 20 is safe what I mean if it rupture does the silicon stay together like gummy ? I'm so confused don't know what to do because I'm a mommy of 4 children and I don't want nothing to happen to me specially now I have to go back into surgery and the healing process

Are the stitches pulling apart in which breast? Can you put tape or steri strips on them? My ps said that sometimes bottoming out just happens depending on your skin elasticity. Hang in there! I'm only two weeks out and my ps says to use an elastic strap at night to slowly push my implants down and they shouldn't be settle guilt for three months. Mine are high and do feel muscle contractions a lot. He also said I could keep paper tape on my scars to help them heal. Good luck! It is scary at times!
The stitches are coming out the one they didn't dissolved I'm 6 weeks post op and everything started 1 week ago and it could be the my skin did this but is only been 6 weeks and is only 1 breast so not sure if it was a problem with my elasticity. But my scar is healing better were the stitches came out and good luck with your hope they settle fast too and happy healing

I been feeling good nothing has change my left implant still sitting way higher them my right I think my right is complete settle my left breast has drop a little not much a difference still waiting on it

thank you mA. my right nipple I have sensation since day one ill say too much sensation but my left nipple if I touch it I feel it too but not as much as my right it takes time and I'm not planning on having no more children I already tide my tubes lol I already have 4 and I'm blessed with them 2 girls and 2 boys I'm done having children,

Wow your looking great. I always wonder why the breasts seem to drop at different times. But seems as though that happens alot. Your healing rather nicely I would say.

Thank you so much for sharing your recovery. Helps to know I'm not the only one going thru this. I'm 4 weeks out from breast lift with implants under muscle and my left implant is still very high too. My pec muscle still contracting too. Very frustrating. I wear the strap 24/7 pero nada!! Gonna try the massages. Please keep us posted to how you're doing.
HI it helps me too know I'm not the only one with the same problem I know how frustrating is and scared the implant wont go down I have been wearing the strap too but nothing yet and let me ask you do you wear strap how often ? and how do you give pressure to the high side implant then the other one I feel no difference wonder do you know how long we have to wait and what happens if the implant don't settle what the worst it can happen? how you feeling ?
Tu crees q sean p es silicon con agua salina no e visto esto y ahi bastantes asi q nonle baja uno y todo es silicon o crees q sea concidensia con tal te baje no importa estoy mas loca q tu q baje jajaj p ver el resultado final. Cuidate
Honestly I'm okay. I have good days and bad days and cry a lot when I start thinking: what if my boob doesn't go down?? Ughhh!! Well the worst that could happen is that you need to have the pocket opened to allow the implant to drop-- so another surgery. Unfortunately, you probably need to wait 6 months before you can do that but would have to ask your doc.
I'm finding out that this happens a lot when implant is placed under muscle because it's harder on the body. I just hope I don't need another surgery. That's all -- just don't want another sx.

I mostly use the one where you squeeze on top but place other hand on bottom to feel implant.

I feel the same way too is really stressing this situation and for some reason I feel I'm going to have another surgery. do you know if you have to go again through recovery I don't want to have another surgery. I just talked to my doc yesterday. He said to keep using the strap and doing the massages for the next three months and if there's no change, then he'll revise thru surgery :(

Pienso cirugia por q estan bien firme el implante está como trabado jajja y el derecho está súper suave yo espero q no pero estoy preparada para lo peor pero no quiero pasar por la recuperación de nuevo y me dijieron q si tengo q tener cirugía de nuevo son $1300 y si tienen q canbiar el implante son 700 más inmaginate y de que las tenias de agua Salina o silicona y por q te las vas a canbiar q size de brasieles eres y te la vas a ser el mismo tamaño o más grande

No tengas miedo todo va salir bien igual ya sabes cómo es la recuperación lo millo no fue dolor fue más la preocupación q si se me abría la herida o si se me infectaba pero para mí no me dolió pero si soy miedo entrar a la anestesia otra vez

Hi be patient I turned three months this week and they are finally looking great I also had the same problem. If there is one thing I learned through this experience is we have to have lots and lots of patience. Depending on what implant you have is whether you should do massages or not. Mine are textured and shouldn't be massaged. Are yours textures as well?
Hi Thank you so much I'm so afraid because is so firm my left implant is still so higher than my right and my right it feel super soft and my left don't . Mine is natrelle style 20 that's is silicon high profile back of the muscle I just so scared to go again through surgery and recovery and also pay again some people in the office tell me to massage them and the dr told me to not but is mine texture I don't know and I'm already I month post op and my left look bigger and higher and I don't see a change when did yours drop the one that problem like mine ?
Mira yo las tengo echas hace años y todo era a puro masage si en la oficina te dicen masage y el no yo tu me los hiciera no vas a perder nada lo mas malo es q no bajara p yo no se tofo cambia hace 10 años era puro masage y mientras mas mejor no se esto es una locura y tambien me da miedo aconserjarte pide opinion aqui a otros doctores yo veo q la fente pregunta y mucho doctores le responde y asi salimos de la duda eso estatico es mas malo y tu. Tienes q hacer lo humanamente posible p no mas operacion y mucho menos mas $$$$
Mira ahora busque y en google dicen q si es con testura no se puede hacer masajes los otros recomiendan 30 minutos de masages olle yo me acuerdo q aquello era horrible esos masajes mira haste el de arriba solo y dice empesar a las 3 semanas hasta los 3 meses busca bien y has lo q tu corazon te diga
Mine lasted a while I also thought I was going to have to fix it but it fell naturally I am 3 months post op and now they are finally even do what the doctor tells you to do ask him if they are textured. He is the surgeon and his been doing this for 20 years. If you have concerns go see him they are so sweet and are always there for you
Gracias as sido un gran Apollo para mi la verdad y te lo agradesco de todo corazón y si lo mismo me dije q hay de malo intentar con masajes para que baje si no baja pues ni modo pero lo intente y no quiere tener más cirugía y mucho menos pagar más cuando mi esposo trabajo tan duro para pagarla la cirugía milla hasta hora extra y fines de semana por q todo lo pague cash y ya estoy illendo 2 veces por semana hacerme masajes a un lugar q hacen masajes antes y después de cirugía cosmética me a bajado una pequeñita cantidad no es mucho lo q me asusta es q están bien firme el seno izquierdo pero talves es por q no a bajado y el derecho es tan tan suave q parece que fuera natural el seno y si voy a preguntar a doctores a ver si como miran la foto parece un cápsula de implante y así ya se a que me preparo por q el no saber me está volviendo loca y me tienes con muchas bajas

A lower y mira como el medico le responde. A ella en persona y le habla q ella no se iso los masajes q. Nunca mas fue. A la consulta no se mija yo me e operado 2 veces p adelante del muscolo y p detras y las 2 era a puro masajes yo manejando en las luces me los asi me bañaba y me los hacia iba. Al baño y me los hacia y con las heridas fresca q yo decia ahi y si se me abre no se esto aqui es una locura hoy te dicen toma tylenol y manana no ya no se puede hace daño la verdad q es q $1300 es un dineral yo creia. Q era mas la verada p no es facil lo q pagastes cash p soltar ahora $1300 y solo p q baje no es facil tratalo todo y ten fe yo creo q. Si te baje
