After 5 yrs of saving and preparing I finally did it! I had a breat lift with moderate saline implandts and lipo for "side boobs " 10 days ago.
I am a mom of 3 kids and after pregnancies and breast feeding, my breasts were drooping so much that I cried whenever I had to put on a bathing suit or a strapless dress. I was a 38 d but they are all over the place except where they needed to be. Not even my husband saw my breasts unless I had a bra on. I was so embarrassed having to tuck them in to everything I wore.

I finally convinced my husband that the cost was worth my feeling like a woman again . I am 10 days into recovery and even though the first week was difficult with The pain and inconvenience on others , it was definitely worth it.I can't wait to see them drop and fluff out i'm so exited like if it wa X-mas lol.

We as moms and caregivers deserve to feel good about ourselves .So to you girls who are wondering about doing it or not..go for it! and good luck to you all..

Thanks violet, you look amazing..Hope my girls turn out as well as yours..
Thank you!
Well, here I am 14 days into recovery and am still having to take my pain meds ( 1/2 tab with an Ibuprofen)even though I thought I'd be done with them by now. I'm feeling sore and having a lot of tightness and burning. I don't know if its due to the breast lift w/implants or the lipo to the sides but I feel like I'm still taking baby steps in this recovery.. Any of you girls felt the same at this stage.?
I'm not sure what a breast lift is like: but I did have an internal bra done 6 months ago and it was pretty painful for me; I was in pain for almost a month; the worst pain for me was in the morning; after sleeping on my back during the night my chest felt so tight and when I would lean forward to get out off bed the next morninh the pain was the worse.

Aww, I couldn't agree more with you!  Wow, and you saved for 5 years, good for you. Your photos looks great...so excited you can celebrate Xmas year round now!  :)  Thank you for sharing your story. Looking foward to your updates!

Thanks Beth, It has been Sooo worth it. Can't wait to try on tops that I've always admired on others but couldn't wear. This site has been such a great source of info for me on this journey..will update again soon. :)

Glad to hear the RealSelf community has been helpful! You had a lot done...take it slow and easy!

Oh wow girl, Yeah that's def what I'm feeling now but I'm not sure if the PS did an internal bra r not. I'll ask him at next appt. I'm also concerned about this "square"looking boob. Not sure if its cause they need to drop and fluff or what. I really hope to see some projection and roundness to them soon lol .
Please let me no how they become i am loking to get this done thanks
Great doctor i have my tummy done whit him
Yes. He is very meticulous in every aspect of his work and that's why I chose him.. I had to travel from Orlando to Miami to have this done by him but I believe it was worth it.
Yes it take time but youn going to see the results
Still stiff and sore but hangin in there..my breasts are looking "square" to me instead of that nice round look. I'm hoping its from the lipo I had in the armpits that's causing swelling and that they will start to look normal after the swelling goes down.Anyone else had this issue?
