A lot softer, gym is a lot easier. Still high, but feel like I'm progressing.

Still haven't been able to get into the gym and have a good cardio workout without discomfort. Still waking up tense in my upper chest. Lower boob area is very smooth and soft even jiggles.

How do you feel? How long after your procedure were you able to go outside or wear a nice top to show them off? I'm in the army and I'm getting mine done next month. I hope to not be down for too long.
I'm working over seas and haven't showed them off. But I plan to when I head back home for good in august. I feel good enough to go to the gym. Only the elliptical the stairs are brutal. I still think they look too fake to show off, I am Definitely waiting for the softer look. I feel better, yet still taking it easy. Every time I do too much overhead grabbing I pay for it later waking up tight, massaging the discomfort away. I think it depends are what look you are going for before you show them off.
In my opinion, and my husband's, yours looked good before so I understand when you say you want more of a natural look to them. Why don't you try mild aerobics or yoga. Be careful.
Stretching too much is hard, still wanting the stitches to completely heal before doing anything too limber. I think the elliptical and the bike are the safest bet.
Oh I can see some great healing progress. Congratulations! I think you chose a very nice size for your body frame. Take it slow at the gym. ;)

I didn't know that Dr. Krau worked at CG Cosmetics, I'm going to his private office this Monday for my revision and getting either 550 or 600cc implants.
